Hi Brothers:
During the past few weeks, the Fraternity has mailed a lot of material to
chapters to help get the new academic year off to a good start. Here's a
recap of what's been sent:
- Chapter checklist
- Chapter Officer Roster form
- 1993-94 Leadership Directory (names, addresses, telephone #s)
- Merchandise Flyers and Order Forms
- Blue form is for FREE items
- Pink form is for items that you have to pay for
- Balfour form is for ordering items directly from Balfour
- 1993-94 Charter Reaffirmation Announcement
- Every chapter must reaffirm its charter by Nov. 15. The Charter
Reaffirmation form was mailed Sept. 8 to the chapter president,
treasurer and advisors chair.
- 1993-94 Fall Pledge Class Namesake Announcement
- It's Past National President Earle M. Herbert
- 1993-94 Leadership Index (list of available leadership development
programs)
- Sample rush materials and a special order form for such materials
- An appeal for chapters to send article and photos for the T&T
- A calendar of upcoming Sectional and Regional Conferences
- 1993-94 Leadership Series (handbooks for chapter officers
- 1993 National Service Day Packet
- A request from National Alumni Chair Fred Heismeyer for chapters to host
alumni events during the fall
- National Disaster Emergency Information from National Service Chair

If your chapter did not receive something on this list, call the National
Office (816-373-8667) for another copy.
And remember, all this stuff has to be used to be of help to your chapter.
So when you get something from the National Fraternity, don't just file it
or toss it -- USE IT!
