Uh, I think its incorrect to claim that UMOC was started to 'highlight an individual's ugliness'. It was NEVER the original point. It was ALWAYS done in the spirit of fun, and the contestants ALWAYS dressed up silly/ugly for it. Some chapters later on choice to make slight changes in it to fit there campuses.
