I've seen one like that that says "yes we are co-ed"...I believe it was Western Michigan or a chapter at another Michigan school up that way that was selling them a year or two ago as a fund raiser. the image should actually be easy to get from a tshirt shop (they sometimes have a huge database of pictures)...I've seen the same image used for other things before.
