At Epsilon Zeta, Big Brothers are not assigned to the pledges until a few
weeks (2-3) after their induction. That way, the pledges have
theoretically gotten to know all the brothers, and they are actually given
the oppotrunity to request specific brothers as bigs (the VPM, however,
still makes the ultimate choice).
The pledges are given their bigs in a special ceremony that EZ developed
for the purpose. I don't have copies of the ceremony anymore, but I'm
sure that if you contact EZ they could easily provide you with a copy.
