How do I go about seeing if my chapter historical stuff is up to par for the
Frank Award (I have a plaque for that; did we (Zeta Sigma) win it before?;
whose pin- the gold wingy version is on ours?)? Coming back from natcon I
wanted to apply figuring if the winniners could do it I could or at least
get up to par.
