Has anyone been busted for holding an APO ceremony indoors? I know at the
University of Delaware, technically, it is not legal to store candles in a
dorm room nor have an open flame without permission on property or maybe
just indoors. My chapter's restarting president's sister was punished for
havin a ball of wax without a wick in her room! Suggestions for getting
around this while maintaining the spirit of obedience & also respect for the
law as we should in APO?
