There's also the issue of out-of sight, out of mind.
As much fun as an APO house sounds, it would mean most likelychapters that
have an office wouldnt use it as frequently. THat means that students on
campus wont see the office.
Also, it serves as a reminder to the actives that the campus holds their
charter. And that is a powerful reminder for them to play nice.
