Anybody know how to determine where/if scavenger hunts are legal?  I heard
at the beginning of my freshman year ('01) that they are not, implicitly or
explicitly stated, in any form because of the crazy acts required by some
and possibly perceived to be so by many.  This is a state issue and states
may have banned all such hunts to prevent problems.
