Brothers:
I was elected to the position of Section 70 Chair this past February. While
we do have an elected staff of 4 positions (Chair, Vice-Chair,
Secretary/Treasurer, and Sergeant-at-Arms), it is customary for us to
accentuate the staff with a host of appointed positions. Right now, we have
some exciting opportunities and pressing needs awaiting our chapters and
extension efforts in the coming academic year. Thus, we need interested
alumni living in the Middle and West Tennessee, along with Southern
Kentucky, to step up and volunteer to serve on Section 70 staff.
If you are interested in volunteering, or if you know of an alum in our
Section and would like to get us connected, just send me a private email at
either kwh_apo@hotmail.com or s70chair@hotmail.com. Naturally, your time
and resource commitment upon volunteering are entirely up to you.
I do realize that there are some people who have sent out messages on this
list to establish contacts with our section (recent arrivals, etc.). I
apologize that more has not been done in the past to help out, and I will be
reviewing past messages and contacting you in the near future.
Thank you for reviewing this message.
In L, F, and S,
Kenneth Hunter
Section 70 Chair
