Dear Brothers:

I have a question. Is the task force also considering more effective means of
connecting documents from independent laptops to Printing and Publications
for reference committee reports sent to Rules & Credentials for approval.

I was an alumni advisor for Awards & Appreciation committee at the most
recent convention at New Orleans. Our committee's report was delayed 4 hours (past
the 12 Midnight deadline), because the report document we typed on a laptop
was incompatible with formatting errors, when sent to Printing & Publications.

Thus, are there any possible resolutions that the word processing
applications at Printing & Publications for Denver 2004 will be compatible to independent
laptops, whether or not, the current technology is from Microsoft (Word or
Works), Apple, or WordPerfect.
