Very cool. Having people from all over the world join Alpha Phi Omega is

I'd be very surprised at virtually identical. Given the changes that have
occured at every convention to the ritual (for example when I pledged
there was no part for the service VP). Identical in spirit, I would

If the APO-Phil AA's allow APO-USA brothers, that is the decision of the
APO-Phil Brothers and Sisters for the Fraternity and Sorority to decide to
do so and the individual AA's to reach out.

APO-Phil definately has a larger base, particularly in areas like the
Middle East.
The question becomes how much (if any) apo-usa membership is required for
an AA in the USA (or outside it) to be a recognized alumni association of
APO-USA. (and yes APO-USA does recognize a western european AA). Remember
Recognized AAs do have the ability to vote on their respective region's
AVD. Which Regional AVD should the groups in Yemen or Manila vote in?
