Once again, the CPW and LI's are just around the corner and you can register
now to attend this fantastic leadership opportunity. Please spread the word
amongst the chapters and students.

2003 LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE & CHAPTER PROGRAM WORKSHOP
At the 2003 Leadership Institutes (LI), the first three courses of the APO
LEADS program will be available. Additionally, each LI will have a special
topic workshop on some aspect of leadership. LIs will be presented at the same
sites and dates as the Chapter Program Workshop (CPW) this summer. CPWs are
excellent opportunities to develop leadership skills and learn about the duties
of being a chapter officer. I encourage all officers or those who wish to
become one in the future to attend a CPW.
Here's a list of upcoming CPWs and LIs:
June 20-22 University of Dallas, Dallas TX LI only
June 27-29 North Central College, Chicago CPW & LI
July 18-20 University of Delaware, Newark CPW & LI
July 18-20 University of Missouri, St. Louis CPW only
July 25-27 Oglethorpe Univ., Atlanta GA CPW & LI
Aug. 1-3 University of the Pacific, Stockton CPW & LI
You are encouraged to attend any CPW that is convenient to you. In fact,
going to a CPW outside of your region enhances the exchange of ideas and
information!
The price of attending is about as good as you can get -- $50.00 no matter
which CPW you attend. That price includes materials, two nights lodging and
four meals (three on Saturday, one on Sunday).The actual cost of holding each CPW
may be higher than $50.00 per person, but the Fraternity makes up the
difference -- because aiding in the growth of your leadership abilities is that
important!
