Please join the Alumni Relations/Internal Volunteer Development Committee in
congratulating Brother Rick Martin on being awarded the National
Distinguished Alumni Award (Alumni DSK).
The DSK was presented to Brother Martin by National Alumni
Relations/Internal Volunteer Development Program Director Julie Moore and
National Membership & Extension Program Director Ed Richter during the
Section 64 Conference on March 1, 2003.
Brother Martin has given long service to Alpha Phi Omega, primarily in the
areas of chapter support and chapter extension in the Ohio and Pennsylvania
areas. In addition to his continued work in Alpha Phi Omega, Brother Martin
also has had a long involvement with both Rotary International and the Boy
Scouts of America. Professionally Rick is Assistant Vice President and a
Branch Manager for Sky Bank in Monaca, PA and has over twenty-four years of
experience in banking.
The National Distinguished Alumni Award (otherwise known as the National
Alumni Distinguished Service Key) recognizes Alpha Phi Omega Alumni who have
continued to further the principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service
beyond their college years in exceptional ways, ranging from communities and
college campuses to the youth of our nation, as well as many other
opportunities including, but not limited to our Fraternity. Information and
