Ok.  Here are some other resources:

Check out the Venturing Leadership Skills Course published by the BSA (#34340A).  Its aimed at high school/college age youth and is very similiar to a lot of training you see in the corporate realm.  Has a good segment on Visioning.

If you are looking for other Team Motivation stuff, take a look at the resources of Project Adventure.  Achieve uses a lot of similiar concepts, as does the BSA's Project COPE.  Check them out at www.pa.org.  Keep an eye out for the works of Karl Rohnke in particular.
