e-mail before I finished it.  Please allow me to start again . . .


In Brother Stratton's comments I think there was a subtle, yet very
important, concept: is the demand for this manual (and, therefore, the
consumption of resources to photocopy and mail it) so great that it merits
all the effort to offer it on the web?

Second, based on the above, may I propose what may be a much more simple
solution?  Why not have the National Office e-mail a PDF (or other format)
copy to those Brothers who request it?  The security issues of e-mailing a
copy are of equal weight to those of sending it by USPS, yet there are no
costs for photocopying or postage, and virtually none for staff payroll.  I
believe that is a win-win solution.
