Our Alpha Phi Omega chapter, Theta Upsilon of Case Western Reserve
University, recently received its largest pledge class ever. Our pledge
class is about twice what we have ever had. It is also almost as big as our
current chapter. I was hoping to get some advice on how other chapters may
both deal with large pledge classes and pledge classes approximately the
size of the current chapter. If anyone has anything original they have
tried and how it worked, I would be interested in that also. Our chapter
has been looking at the "Growing Pains" information on the national website,
but any other advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to thank all of
you in advance for all of your help.
