<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">If putting the Board of Director's Policy Manual online is something that needed to be looked at by the National Board, then it should have been brought up AT CONVENTION, where the resolution to do so was presented. Right now it is a moot point, Over and done with. </P>
