I tested the site and I was able to get to the document -- I notified =
the
Chapter that I could.
What this really is starting to look like is that an education process =
needs
to be developed by those of us more knowledgeable about internet and =
local
computer security. This is probably a task for the National Media &
Technology Committee, if it still exists.

Maybe those chapters should have the "Brothers Only" section called =
"Chapter
Brothers Only" because I was a bit turned off by a link that said =
"Brothers
Only" which I couldn't access, since I AM A BROTHER.
