Due to somewhat sensitive information contained within the BOD Policy
Manual (like say, banking information, who has signature authority over
accounts - individuals, and other highly-sensitive information), the BOD
Policy Manual has been removed from the web (at least until such time as
an abbreviated version can be made available without this sensitive
information contained in it). I apologize about the inconvenience this
may have caused.
