Pledge fees should have no impact until September. Initiates after =
March 1 will be impacted $10 per Initiate.

I hate to be a pain so early in the week, but there's some debate =
brewing about the new fee changes and their effective dates. I thought =
I had a handle on things, but now even I'm confused...go figure. =3D)

Anyway, when you get a chance, could you please clarify the following =
points:

1) WHEN the new fees for pledges and activations go into effect, and
2) WHAT impact the dates will have for chapters that pledge at different =
times this coming semester.
