Hope everyone had a safe trip back!

Enclosed is a PDF file outlining the legislative decisions of the 2002
National Convention in New Orleans, LA. Pretty much everything is
included except the motions that were passed at the end of the
legislative session under new business (yes, there were several serious
resolutions presented there in addition to several quite frivolous
ones).

Of course, I make no claim that this is the one-and-all-definitive
source of what happened; that's not my job,... but these are my
observations on what went on, and I think for the most part that they're
correct; however, if there are any mistakes, additions, corrections,
etc,... please let me know and I can correct them. Thanks!
