[APO-L] Pledge fees - date effective

I did not see anyone respond to the question of the dates when the pledge and other fees go up, so I hope I'm not repeating what's already been said. *ONLY* the pledge fee will go up to $20 on March 1, 2003. Thus, it's best to get your pledge classes for spring term regiestered with the national office by Feb. 28th! Otherwise they will be charged the $20 fee instead of the old $10 fee.
Activation fees and honorary fees go up (I believe) at the beginning of the next fiscal year, since no date was specifically attached to them in the legislation.
