This too was my first National Convention and it was all I expected and
more. I was looking forward to it ever since I was not able to go in 2000
because of family plans. I was able to balence my time just right of
doing a lot of convention stuff and enjoying New Orleans as I'm sure most
people did!
Meeting new people is also one of my favorite parts of conferences and I
was able to do that as well as to hang out with a lot of great people I
have met at past conferences. My only complaint was that I had so much
fun that it was convention seemed to be over way to soon. That and the
elevators.
The long drive home was made a bit sweeter by my school's crushing victory
over Notre Dame in the Gator Bowl! yesterday.
