I'd just make sure that at least one of the four people listed is going
to be the first person that arrives in the hotel; everyone else should
then contact the first person that checks in to get their room key.

Remember; 2 + 2 actually does equal 5 (or 6 or 7) -- for extremely large
values of 2.
