[APO-L] Alpha Phi Omega Outstanding Chapter Web Sites -- Fall 2002

Brothers:
Just wanted to share with you the winners of the Alpha Phi Omega
Outstanding Chapter Web Sites for Fall 2002.
The rating team just completed its review of Chapter Web sites earlier
this morning. A special tiebreaker review was needed to determine one of
the regional winners.
The Best 11 Chapter Web Sites for Fall 2002 are:
Region I -- Delta Rho, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
Region II -- Epsilon Zeta, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Region III -- Alpha Delta Delta, George Mason University.
Region IV -- Alpha Delta Tau, Nova Southeastern University.
Region V -- Kappa, Carnegie Mellon University.
Region VI -- Tau Omicron, Indiana University-Purdue University,
Indianapolis.
Region VII -- Xi Delta, Texas A&M University.
Region VIII -- Gamma Theta, University of Colorado.
Region IX -- Xi, Iowa State University.
Region X -- Theta Iota, University of Arizona.
Region XI -- Zeta Psi, University of Oregon.
The Chapter with the highest overall rating score was Tau Omicron
Chapter.
The rating team also noted there were several chapters who scored high,
but not high enough to be the region winner.
Chapter Web sites receiving an Honorable Mention by the rating team
include:
Region II -- Chi Pi, SUNY-Fredonia.
Region IV -- Delta, Auburn University.
Region V -- Delta Alpha, University of Cincinnati.
Region VI -- Gamma Pi, University of Michigan.
Region VII -- Beta Sigma, Texas Tech University.
The Best 11 and the Honorable Mentions will receive a recognition
certificate at the National Convention next week in New Orleans.
The rating team noted that a number of chapters still need to keep their
sites updated as quite a few sites, while very nice, lost points because
intormation was not current. I would encourage all Chapters that have
Web sites to review their sites to ensure that all information has been
updated and is current.
I would also like to thank our team of raters which was coordinated by
Packy Anderson.
I hope everyone has a happy holiday and I am looking forward to seeing
many of you next week at the National Convention in New Orleans.
