Its one of our Cardinal Principles (you know, "LEADERSHIP, Friendship, Service" ??)
Its part of our Motto: BE A LEADER, Be a Friend, Be of Service
Its in our Vision Statement:
Alpha Phi Omega will be the nation's foremost campus-based, inclusive, service-oriented, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT organization for university and college students by building upon its advantages and strengths as a unique and diverse Fraternity.
Its part of our Mission Statement:
To provide opportunities for its members and college students to develop effective LEADERSHIP SKILLS;
Soooo, I don't think its very 'unstated'. :)
