Oh, come on.

We DON'T know if "spankmehard" was a Brother or not, but jeez, Chris just
did a great thing by ensuring that the paddles got purchased and returned to
the chapter.  He initiated conversation with the seller, a non-Brother who
understood the meaning and ended the auction early.  If it was THAT
important to "spankmehard" if he or she was a Brother of Alpha Alpha, then
he/she could have done the exact same thing as Chris did.

And when Alpha Alpha gets the paddles, they can do whatever they want with
them. (So long as its within membership and risk management guidelines, lol)
