[APO-L] HELP!!! Need more bus riders...

Greetings from Section 48!
I need your help and in the process this will probably help some of your
people as well. As many of you are aware, Section 48 has chartered a bus
for the trip to Nationals. So far things have been going very well, in fact
a bit too well. The bus holds 55 people and so far we have 75 confirmed
with 6 additional unconfirmed passengers (although most of those will be
going). It doesn't take a math major to figure out that we're overbooked.
This is easy to solve, however, as all we have to do is charter a second
bus.
That's where y'all come in. In order to make it cost effective we need to
have at least 21 more riders. There are still some S48 folks trickling in
the closer we get to convention, but I need to have all money and
confirmations in to the travel agent by December 16. I've asked that
everything be turned into the section by the 10th so that there's enough
time to send the paperwork and work out any last minute details.
Please blast this out to your actives and staff and see if anyone is
interested in going. The cost per person would be $100. That's $5 more
than the original quote due to the late request. It really isn't a big
increase and still much cheaper than other options. Our bus will be leaving
Champaign, IL at 2pm on December 26th. More information will be online at
