What our section is doing is keeping tabs on how many rooms, and types of rooms, are reserved by every chapter in the section and also keeping tabs on how many are going from the chapters. I'm coordinating this so that if a chapter has extra spaces and another chapter has extra bodies then we put them together so that everyone in the section has a room. Its working out great so far. With the extra spaces that were available from section staff members getting their own rooms months ago we have found spaces for last minute deciders. Check with your sections chairs to see if there is someone working on something like this. You might be able to find a slot, if you can't get your own room. We are also keeping tabs on who has rides, where those rides are leaving from and when, so that we can try take as few cars as possible down to Nationals.
