I do not know if anyone has already, replies, but the Hotel contract only had x number of rooms available after the convention (e.g. Dec 30 to Jan 3rd). These rooms went quickly. The main reason was due to the Sugar Bowl and the ability to fill the rooms at what is called Rack Rate.

Hey Brothers,
I just attempted to register for the Hotel in New Orleans for =
Nationals. To my suprise, they informed me that the ALPHA PHI OMEGA =
group rate is not available after December 29th. Which means if you plan =
on staying any night after then, you must pay the full rate.
Anyone have any answers, or reasons to this?
