Largely agreeing with the majority of Dan's comments.

I'm going to boil this down to two quick examples.

1) Brother A is found guilty of date rape of another brother in the
front of the college J-board.

2) Brother B is found to be growing 10 Marijuana plants in his back yard
in Alabama (first state I found where any cultivation is a Felony).

I know which one I'd vote to expel.

BTW, I find the idea that College J-boards are used for *any* crime which
if it occured between two people not at the university would involve Jail
time for convition to be **INSANE**.
