Can you help form a human chain coast-to-coast in memory of the victims of September 11, 2001? A Phoenix area Scout is organizing this event for September 11, 2002. Your help is needed to make this memorial truly a special event. Volunteers are needed to help organize the chain. And be sure and show your support with a cap or T-shirt.
