Just to add a voice of caution, running this specifically for APO is harder than it might sound. Unless there are students who already know what APO is, it will be difficult to get people to come to such an event in and of itself. You'll have to spend some time on publicity, and that's often not enough, either. The best leads are ones that come from personal contacts (i.e., Brother from chapter ZZZ contacts their friend at the campus and tells them what it's all about and that they should join). Believe me when I say that I beat my head against a brick wall learning this particular lessson.
The other good opportunity may be the organizational fairs that a lot of campuses have. Students will be wandering about anyway, and will be more likely to stop and find out more information. It's probably the best way to get a cold start on a campus, but requires staff or neighboring chapter brothers to take the time/effort to do it.
