Looks like "Alpha Omega Phi" to me - there have been a few organizations
that have used that combination of letters including at least one high
school group, a local social fraternity (long-since merged into a
national) and some references to a service fraternity but most of them
seem to really be references to us that have mixed up the letters.  I'm
guessing that this pin falls into one of the first two categories.
