I was having a discussion with a fellow staff member about the fact that
depending on when the sectional conference is in the spring, you could
have a section chair with a 9 month term or a 15 month term. They
suggested that the section could decide to have the new section chair
always start on June 1 regardless when the section conference and
that is kosher according to the National by-laws. Any ideas?
