Brothers:
The following is a website that has links to several nonprofit employment
sites that include information on internships. It belongs to a company that
I worked for about a year ago.

I do agree that we should do our best to both connect with existing
internship resources and develop contacts that can help Brothers find
internships with partner organizations. However, I think that when thinking
about internships, we need to look inward.
For years, I have been surprised with the fact that we do not offer
internship opportunities for our Brothers to help out at the National
Office. Personally, it would be extremely beneficial for us to look at
developing internal internship opportunities for Brothers to work either at
the National Office, or on the regional level as field staff.
It is good to see this discussion coming to the listserv. Perhaps someone
should consider taking these ideas and turning them into policy proposals
(i.e. convention legislation).
