Hello Brothers,
My name is Sharon Bernsee and I am programming
co-chair of the upcoming REGION IX RALLY! This
exciting event will be scheduled around the planned
invasion of the Muppets in Cedar Falls, Iowa on
September 20-22, 2002 and hosted by the Beta Epsilon
chapter here at the University of Northern Iowa.
With the fear that you have not yet received our
information about this rally, and the encroaching of
the Early Bird Registration date, I am sending this
email out to all of you.
Early bird registration has the cut off date of
April 30, 2002. LESS THAN 10 DAYS AWAY! I know with
the semester winding down, things are getting hectic
for our collegiate members of the fraternity. Take
the time to talk with your chapters and register some
people for the rally and save yourselves $3 apiece
($22 E.B. registration, $25 after April 30) Even if
you do not know what specific individuals will be
attending, you are free to send in registration fees
for a set number of people and send us the specifics
after April 30th.
Also, there are only 50 hotel rooms blocked out for
this event, so they will be going fast. The Grand
Hotel in Waterloo (www.grandhotelwaterloo.com) will be
your home-away-from-home for the Region IA Rally, so
make your reservations ASAP.

that you are coming to this spectacular event.) If
