If memory serves correctly, the '96 Convention authorized the creation of a
committee to research the '76 Convention, the "Gentleman's Agreement", and
other issues related to the gender make-up of the fraternity. Hopefully its
reports are somewhere in the National Office, as they will likely be the
most extensive documentation you will find on this subject.
