I only want to clarify something here, because it is (I believe) a
common misperception. Brother Bridges says:

The Fraternity belongs to ALL of its members, active, alumni, advisory
and so on, but the vast amount of decision making is done by the
STUDENT members of the Fraternity (and I think that's how it should
be.) Let us not forget that we have a fair number of graduate students
that hold Active Membership in the Fraternity. While undergraduates DO
make up the vast majority of active members, it is more accurate to say
that we are a "student" fraternity as opposed to an "undergraduate"
fraternity.
It's a minor point to some, but to many graduate students, it isn't; we
should recognize all of our student members, not solely the
undergraduates (and I'm speaking as someone who was initiated as an
undergrad and remained active during graduate school.) I take nothing
away from our undergraduate members - I am only acknowledge the very
real contribution and existence of our graduate members.
