[APO-L] updating national web site event information

In order to make it easier to update existing event information
already posted on the nation web site:
[http://apo.org/events/calendar/index.shtml]
each event now includes an update button which will bring up an event
update form. This form will be filled in with the event's current
information.
Remember that new events should still be submitted using the 'submit'
button on the main calendar page.
