FYI:

In the latest issue of the American Scouting Traders Association Report
(ASTAR) there is a 2 page article on H. Roe Bartle, better known to us as
"The Chief". It covers his life and activites as a scouting and civic
leader. Spends about a paragraph on his involvement with APO, but
mistakenly says he was our "National Chief". The author of the article runs
a site as part of the US Scouting Service Project site that is devoted to
the various Honor Societies that were formed within the BSA, including
Bartle's Tribe of Mic-O-Say. Overall, this is a very good article on
Bartle.

If a member of your chapter subscribes to the American STAR, have them bring
in a copy of the article to share. Or you can read it online here
