        That is the technical of the legislation that was proposed in '98
by Natalie Ferber and a host of me too's at the August '98 SRW. More than
that though in my opinion the legislation is designed to lend flexibility
to you in your advisor selection recognizing the richness of the community
in which our chapters function and that these days many faculty just don't
have the time to commit to our chapters that they want to.
