I don't recall anyone on this list proposing to sue the BSA or stating
that their policy is illegal.  Unless someone does one of these, then I
can't see how the court's decision is relevant.  It is legal for the BSA
to exclude homosexuals, atheists, etc., and it would be legal for APO to
dissociate itself from the Boy Scouts if the voting deligates chose to do
so, or for members of APO or the scouts to ask the leadership to change
their policy.
