Hi everyone,

I hope you're having a good summer. I'm very busy APO-wise with the
Easton Event on July 14-15 and a CPW on June 30-July 2. Please
consider attending the CPW with me on June 30-July 3 (weekend before
July 4). The CPW is the Chapter Program Workshop, which is a
retreat-like weekend where you work in officer groups to share ideas
with people from around the country. I can guarantee a fun and good
program since I am directing it and have recruited talented staff from
different parts of the country. We are meeting at Susquehanna
University, where we have a new chapter forming that will be in
attendance. There are also people from University of Michigan (Go
Blue!), Boston University and Johns Hopkins (from my hometown of
Baltimore) registered.

I'm driving out from Central New Jersey to Central Pennsylvania and
would be happy to give you a ride or caravan out, so you could save on
travel. The cost for the weekend would be $45 for room and board
(cheap). The chapter program workshop is oriented toward officers and
will provide valuable information about the activities and
responsibilities of chapter representation for the upcoming convention
in December.

If you are interested, please register as soon as possible by using
the online registration form at www.apo.org or call the National
Office at 816-373-8667. I would especially love to see more chapters
from the Northeast participate in CPW this year. If you have attended
before, consider attending in your new position. Josh from Kappa
(Carnegie Mellon) is coming back for his second year! This is one of
the most fun and valuable national leadership programs in APO. Please
let me know if you have any questions.
