You can find criteria for the Chapter DSK in the Policy Manual of the =
National Board of Directors. I have included the text verbatim from the =
policy manual below:
I found it quite by accident one day.

CHAPTER DISTINGUISHED SERVICE KEY
A black key awarded to persons who have distinguished themselves through =
outstanding service to their Chapter. Selection is made by an =
established or special Chapter committee. =20
Criteria:
=B7 Distinguished service on a Chapter level, that is, making an =
outstanding and unique contribution to the Chapter as a whole.
=B7 Exemplifying and furthering, in demonstrable ways, the =
princi=ADples of leadership, friendship and service.
=B7 Making a sustained contribution in a leadership role over a =
period of time.
