Are the criteria for giving chapter DSKs wholly at the discretion of the =
individual chapter, or are there national guidelines? I couldn't find =
any mention of specific criteria in any of my APO paperwork (national =
Articles of Incorporation and Standard Bylaws, etc.) but I wasn't sure =
if there are guidelines published somewhere I hadn't seen. Thanks.
