Hey Brothers,
The Upsilon Interest group has started the FUN process of writing
its bylaws. If anyone has a good sample that you could e-mail me, I'd
love it. Most of the committee has never seen APO bylaws and the standard
chapter what-ever-you-call -it that are included with the national bylaws
are too vague to help us.
