If anyone has such a workshop for John besides the one that is part of the
CPW manual, please send a copy to me as well and I will include it in the
Leadership Resources Clearinghouse.
John, I know there is not a workshop specifically on non-performers in the
Clearinghouse currently, however, there are several on motivation and
creating positive change that may be useful to you. Check it out
http://www.concord.edu/~apo/leadres/leadres.html. This is exactly what the
Clearinghouse is there for.
