Greetings Brothers!
I would like to take a moment to invite you to the Region V Conference,
"Bringing it Back to Motown". Hosted by West Virginia University in scenic
Morgantown, WV the weekend of October 29-31, 1999 it promises to be a great
time. Below are the details:
* Costs
Early Registration will be $17 dollars. We will be taking early registration
until October 7th. Late Registration will be $20 dollars.
Registration costs include: Lunch, T- Shirt, Packets, Dance Saturday night
Hotel Costs will be 79/night or $79 a night /4 people which is 19.75 a
night. Lodging will be at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown and all reservation
will be handled thru them. When you call, tell them your with Alpha Phi
Omega so they know what to charge you. The number for the Holiday Inn is
304-599-1680.
We apologize for the expense of the hotel rooms but Bands of America is in
town that weekend too so we had to fight for space. Alternate Sleeping
Arrangements can be made. Please contact us for more information via the

- Making candy bags for kids at the WVU Children't Hospital
- Writing letters/ making cards for troops overseas
- Making teddy bears for children
- Preparing food baskets for local families
To make the food baskets, we are aking each brother to bring non-perishable
food items to the conference with them. An award will be given to the
chapter that brings the most food.
* Social Event
A Costume Dance with Dougger Music who puts on an amazing musical and laser
light show. Who will be the scaries? The most creative? The cutest couple?
Prizes will be awarded, so start planning your costume now!
