hi everybody
awhile ago i sent out an e-mail about alpha alpha's barndance and
thought i would send some more concrete information. also if possible
could each chapter please send me your snail mail address to send out a
packet with even more information!!!
hope you can join us for the evening since
"THE PARTY DOESN'T END TIL THE COWS COME HOME!!!"
well, here are some more finalized details in outline form
I. What is this? - basically it is a party on a farm. there
will be a bonfire, dancing, hayrides, s'mores, beverages and snacks. we
will also be putting together a pre-party and another mixer type activity
so we can try to get to know each other a bit better.
II. When and Where - the barndance will take place on October
29, beginning around 9pm - there will be buses to transport you to the
barn from the pre-party (white horse inn) located on campus.
III. the next question - cost - the initial ticket will cost
you $17, then there are t-shirts (we are looking into the possibility of
long-sleeve t-shirts also but they would cost more) for around $10 and
botas (to hold a beverage of your choice) for $10 a piece. there is a
discount of $5 given if you go for the whole package deal.
IV. places to stay - there will be limited places to crash
with fellow brothers and we are looking into a place that would cost less
than $10 a person - no matter what your place to sleep would be the floor
so bring a sleeping bag.
V. we are working on putting together service projects for
the next morning if anyone is interested.
VI. i'm not the best at directions so if you requested basic
directions i will get back to you after talking to someone who is better
at them than i am.

might be interested just put them in contact with us
